RATIONALE: NMS is a rare but potentially fatal condition of antipsychotic medication. It generally starts with an elevated temperature and severe extrapyramidal effects. Agranulocytosis is a blood disorder. Anticholinergic effects include blurred vision, drowsiness, and dry mouth.
